CTHB excavator hydraulic pulverizer (also known as concrete pulverizer) is a highly efficient excavator attachment designed for secondary demolition.It can both break up reinforced concrete structures and separate the steel bars. Very popular at demolition sites, it is extremely help with recycling projects. Its compact and durable design makes it an ideal tool for demolition work.Its core structure consists of a clamp body, a hydraulic cylinder, a movable jaw, and a fixed jaw.The jaws open and close via hydraulic drive, efficiently crushing objects.
The improved version of the CTHB pulverizers is equipped with the CT hydraulic system, featuring a unique cylinder technique (with a patent valve) that provides 25% more power and exceptionally fast cycle times.
NM steel-made tooth ensures remarkable penetration into the concrete. Both teeth in the upper and down jaw are positioned in the right place to optimize the separation of reinforced steel from the concrete.
It integrates a 360-degree fully hydraulic rotary motor, allowing for flexible adjustment of the clamping angle.All wear parts can be easily changed on-site, eliminating the cost of transporting the pulverizer to a workshop. CTHB pulverizers are supplied with cutting blades at the throat, allowing for cutting reinforcing steel bars from the concrete.
