CTHB81 Top type Hydraulic Breaker Rock Hammer

CTHB top type hydraulic breaker derives its name from its positioning directly atop the excavator’s boom. This type of breaker is specifically designed for high-reach operations and large-scale engineering projects. Because the chisel and the excavator boom are on the same center line, the operator has a wider field of vision and it is much easier to aim at the target and break it. With even weight distribution during operation, the excavator does not need to bear lateral stress, which can effectively reduce the probability of the chisel breaking. Furthermore, the force applied in the vertical direction is more direct, making it extremely efficient for breaking and excavating hard rocks and concrete.

CTHB top-split type rock jack hammer has a semi-closed bracket design. The top-split head adaptor and two separated shells are assembled by bolts.  Mainbody is tightened between the two shells by side bolts. The Semi-closed design offers a good operational view for the operator, which highly reduces the malfunction of the chisel. It is easy to check the status of hydraulic breakers, and easy to charge the N2 gas, maintain the accumulator, and connect the oil hoses.

The vertical cap-mounted design offers high-impact power when applied to vertical demolition, such as ground demolition, and cleaning the ladle arc refining furnace. The bracket is made of NM400 steel, we offer replaceable wear-resistant plates at the chisel side.
